I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for more than 10 years back. And I have lived approximately 2 years with no insulin, with regular blood sugar levels, by changing the diet of mine and exercising more. Here’s an example of the diet with which I managed to overcome diabetes!
A great diet plan for diabetes: Breakfast
Among the favorites of mine diabetic-friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with nuts & fresh fruits. Although not any of them!! I go for organic, unsweetened entire cereals, for instance some of Nature’s Path solutions, or simply soaked or gradually cooked oatmeal, spelt, buckwheat or millet. For milk, I go for organic and unsweetened soy milk (Natur-a or So nice), or I make my own milk, with soaked almonds, soy, sesame, rice, or else. Never will I use cow or animal milk, as it’s not destined for adults, especially not adults of other species.
What make those cereals delicious are the fruits and nuts I include. On the evening, I soak dried fruits (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), and also aproximatelly 2 3 of each of those nuts: almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, and chia seeds. All materials are organic and raw. On summer, I naturally add more fresh fruit.
On the morning, I add the cereals and milk, and certain powder of psyllium, and then spices if wanted, cinnamon, carob powder, ginger, or else. The outcome is absolutely delicious, healthy, and the blood glucose level of mine is usually natural within two hours after I consume this.
A great diet for diabetes: Lunch
The favorite diabetic friendly lunch of mine is a comprehensive salad. This salad always has a few diverse kinds of finely chopped greens, for example kale-broccoli-parsley, or perhaps arugula-dandelion-basil, or lettuce-chive-coriander, or glucotrust at walmart (https://www.newsdirect.com/guest-content/glucotrust-reviews-urgent-scam-warning-do-not-buy-until-reading-this) else.
Well then it’s a few finely cut produce or fruit, for instance carrots-mushrooms-tomatoes, or maybe apple-onion-carrots, as well as zucchini-mushroom-black olives-red pepper, or even banana-orange-strawberry (especially delectable with basil and arugula) etc, based on what is in the refrigerator and the taste of yours.
