One of the leading weight loss challenges we face is when we merely can’t appear to lose weight no matter what we try out. Taking the time frame to change your attitude and thoughts about the body of yours, slimming down in general, and the ability of yours to shed weight in particular, will pay HUGE dividends in terminology of long term results.

Track your feelings and thoughts: don’t judge them, simply record what is materializing.
